Convenient location, reasonable price, friendly personnel, comfortable sleeping accommodation.
Rooms are not clean enough. Dining room wasn't clean too, including cups (some of them were sticky). The smell in the dining room wasn't good too.
Convenient locatiion & helpful, friendly staff.
Excellent location - a street along from the Temple Street markets. The breakfast served as part of the price was good value. The room, though not large, was certainly clean and adequate. Free guest laundry.
The reception staff wer unfriendly and not very helpful.
I had a very large xxl room for a normal rate as a single person. Reception friendly, sophisticated english.
Breakfast not inviting. Room dull and mouldy. Goods not fresh, my egg was slimy and had a very harsh smell. In fact it was spoilt.
Pricey hotel, bad breakfast.
Staff support in each case from booking taxi to finding great present for my family!
Small windows without ability to open it.
Location is nice. Very close to the underground, night market, shops, park.
I did not feel myself comfortable. Very small and old bathroom and room itself. Just to stay 1 night. not more.
The location is really good, it takes 5 mins or less to get to the metro. There are lots of cafes nearby and a market to do some souvenir shopping. The prices (for example for massage) are lower than on Hong Kong island where we stayed before.
The shower is not so convinient. And the beds are quiet short. My friend is 170 sm height and she found the bed uncomfortable.
quite and clean
I have told many times that that is the best HK Hotels to safe money and have good service and all you need included, like good location, free internet , free business centre, . and so on.. but now I need to describe the the staffs qualification.. I was stayed this Hotel in may and this trip bought the camera . Usually I left the gift=boxes but now I forgot to take the remote control. I was sure that I will need to buy one more. But when I come the Hotel in July and asked about the remote control an any case the staff found me .It means thet the staff who cleaned the room have checked the gift box of the camera , took of the remote contro and kept in the special room. Exelletnt . Many thanks to this Hotel staff. I like this Hotel very much
The bed a little be short and rooms are not big. The bath room placed not near the door b and the bed is placed closed the door according this, but the Hotel is very old and it was usual for such kind of the Hotels
staff are very curteous, friendly and helpful.
Location, good price & cleanliness
Stale air in the guest rooms; some of the grout betwwen bathroom tiles turned into mildew homes. Reception hall need some improvement. If all above are improved, this hotel can be a five star hotel!
Room was comfortable, double bed and a nice bathroom in my 'economy single room' which was a nice surprise. Staff were helpful with all my questions, gave directions and so on.
The airconditioner in my room was extremely noisy (sounded like a small plane taking off) and by the sounds of it there was a generator outside my window... doesn't make for the most comfortable sleep!
Staff efficient & cooperative- speak reasonably good English. Very nice location- close to lot of restaurants & shopping complex. Good connectivity with metro & airport. Good value for money.
Room size is understandably small.
Good facilities for guests, such as a computer room, including printer, and a self-service laundry, with washing machine and driers, and a shoe- shining machine. The hotel is located in a very lively area, with many good restaurants, eating houses and hawker centres around. Jordan Curry House across the road has very good Indian food but you have to ask them for the Set Lunch menu.
This was one of two hotels we stayed in (for three nights each) and we actually preferred the other one, which was also about two thirds the price. The room was rather small, even by Hong Kong standards, and the window could not be opened. We like to have some fresh air. No safe in the room, unlike the other hotel. The main criticism though is that the buffet breakfast was very poor - and we were not allowed to cancel the breakfast after experiencing it the first morning.
